Founded in 1999, Guangdong Jingzhongjing Industrial Coating Equipment Co., Ltd. has been deeply involved in the coating equipment industry for 27 years. Its main business covers three major areas: large-scale industrial coating production lines for cars, buses, and machinery. The company has two major production bases in Guangzhou (30,000 square meters) and Yancheng, Jiangsu (120,000 square meters), with an annual production capacity of 6,000 units/sets. The new base located in the Guangqing Industrial Park has been fully put into operation, increasing the production capacity to 3 to 4 times that of the old plant, and the entire workshop has been upgraded with automation.

The Jingzhongjing bus paint booth is a comprehensive enhancement based on the standard BZB series:
Heavy-duty steel frame: Constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel sections, the structural strength is significantly improved, fully meeting the load-bearing requirements for large vehicles entering and exiting the area.
Insulated wall: 75mm thick EPS flame-retardant insulation board or rock wool fireproof board, double-sided 0.5mm thick color steel plate, one-time composite molding on the production line, firmly sealed, heat-insulating and flame-retardant.
Gate System: Utilizing either a three-panel folding sheet metal gate or an electric roller shutter, the gate opening is heightened and widened to facilitate smooth passage for large vehicles; the electric roller shutter features an aluminum alloy sandwich profile filled with PU insulation material, providing excellent thermal insulation and sealing performance.
Platform reinforcement: The platform is constructed with a fully galvanized steel plate assembly structure and a steel frame, topped with a fully galvanized load-bearing grating. Its load-bearing capacity meets the stringent requirements for fully loaded buses to enter and exit.
Uphill ramp: Widened anti-slip patterned plate with a gentler slope design to ensure safe entry for large vehicles.
Pressure lock: The door is equipped with a pressure lock that automatically releases pressure when the indoor pressure reaches 120Pa, ensuring safe use.
Buses have large painting areas and generate a lot of paint mist, so Jingzhongjing has equipped them with a ventilation system that far exceeds that of standard paint booths.
The supply and exhaust ducts adopt an independent dual-path design and are equipped with an automatic damper system to precisely switch between spray painting and baking modes.
Both the air inlet and outlet are equipped with manually adjustable dampers, allowing for precise adjustment of airflow.
Optional variable frequency speed control function allows for flexible adjustment of air volume according to different vehicle models, achieving energy saving and noise reduction.
Large buses, with their large size and spacious interiors, place higher demands on their heating systems.
Heating methods: plate heating, radiant heating, or fuel/gas burner heating
Heat exchanger: Employs a high-efficiency stainless steel heat exchanger with a larger heat exchange area and higher thermal efficiency.
Heating rate: 20℃→60℃, approximately 15~25 minutes (depending on the volume of the space).
Maximum operating temperature: 80℃
Temperature uniformity: within ±2℃, ensuring uniform curing of large areas of paint surface.
The use of hot air recirculation mode effectively improves thermal efficiency and reduces energy consumption.
