Component electrophoresis production line

The parts electrophoresis production line is a fully closed-loop automated coating equipment. The overall process is as follows: workpiece mounting → pre-degreasing → main degreasing → water washing → surface conditioning → phosphating (silane ceramic coating) → multi-stage water washing → pure water washing → cathodic electrophoresis → UF 1 → UF 2 → pure water washing → draining → drying and curing → cooling → unloading inspection.

The pretreatment section uses chemical agents and multi-stage countercurrent rinsing to remove grease, rust, dust, and impurities from the surface of parts, forming a conversion film on the metal substrate to ensure the adhesion of the electrophoretic paint film. The electrophoresis station strictly controls the bath temperature, pH value, conductivity, application voltage, and electrophoresis time, relying on electrochemical reactions to ensure the paint evenly coats the inner and outer surfaces of the workpiece, resulting in a stable and controllable film thickness. After electrophoresis, an ultrafiltration system recovers excess paint carried out by the workpiece, and the paint is returned to the electrophoresis tank for recycling, effectively reducing production costs. After cleaning, the parts enter a drying oven to complete the cross-linking and curing of the paint film at a set temperature. After cooling, appearance, film thickness, adhesion, and corrosion resistance are tested, ultimately outputting qualified electrophoretic primer workpieces. The production line is equipped with automatic temperature control, chemical replenishment, bath circulation filtration, and wastewater pretreatment devices, ensuring excellent production stability and environmental performance.
