Project Overview

The customer requires one 18×5.5×5m water-swirl paint spray booth, one 14.8×4×4.5m drying booth, and one 15×10×5m sanding booth. The spray booth is equipped with a lifting platform, and the entire system is configured with electric flat cars for material transfer.

2.1：The spray booth adopts a water-swirl wet-type paint mist treatment system instead of dry-type treatment. The wet-type system is ideal for high-intensity, high-volume painting operations, and only requires wastewater treatment, significantly reducing the customer's operating costs.

2.2: The spray booth is equipped with an integrated lifting platform, allowing operators to easily paint the top sections of workpieces.

2.3: The spray booth and drying booth are designed as separate units, improving operational efficiency and meeting production capacity requirements.

cabin system	1、Steel structure is booth skeleton with section steel stiffener and composite beam, with steel beams in the wall panels to make the booth strong. 2、Wall panel: 75mm polystyrene insulation, EPS steel sheet thicknessδ=0.5mm. 3、Booth frame is made of galvanized sheet steel. 4、Ceiling Panel: 50mm rock wool insulation, steel sheet thicknessδ=0.4mm
Water whirling Pit	1. Water swirl air return method, working principle: Fresh air is sent into the pressure equalizing chamber at the top of the water swirl painting room through the supply fan and air supply device. After passing through the flow equalizer and filter layer, it is evenly sent into the room at a terminal wind speed of ≥ 0.4 m/s, from top to bottom, and the workpiece is placed in a certain wind speed flow layer to ensure that the splashed waste paint mist is sucked into the water swirl painting chamber water swirl device. Under the impact of the high-speed airflow, the water is atomized and fully mixed with the waste paint mist, thereby attracting the paint mist into the water and removing it. The air containing moisture is separated by air-water separation and the clean air is sent into the atmosphere through the exhaust system. The paint mist purification rate is ≥ 98%. 2. The buyer builds the cement foundation themselves.(Seller provide civil drawing) 3. Galvanized ground grid on the pit top, which is made of flat steel and round steel welded together. Its surface is flat and smooth, meeting the requirements of the workpiece load-bearing. The grid support is made of I-beam steel to ensure the overall strength and deflection of the support. 4. The grid is formed by welding with a special mold and then all undergoes hot galvanizing. There are 35mm gaps of flat steel 30×5 along the length direction of the room body, and 100mm gaps of ∮10mm reinforcing steel along the width direction of the spray and paint room. This can avoid the waste newspapers, waste adhesive tapes, etc. generated by the decoration lines and newspaper sticking during the painting of the workpiece from entering the underground structure part. The grid structure is convenient for disassembly and cleaning (The load-bearing of the ground grid is 800 kg/square meter per single wheel，loading capacity no more than 3 tons.) 5. Water pump model: 200YW-350-37KW (Baiyun brand water pump). 6. The buyer installs the pipeline pre-embedded themselves. 7. The grill width is 3.5m.
Intake and exhaust unit	1、Air cabinet is made of shaped steel and coated steel. There are rock wool insulation in heating box panel. 2、air inlet：6 sets of belt-drive centrifugal fan,; power:11KW, each airflow: 25000 m3/h/set; Total air flow: 150000m³/h. 3、air outlet: 3 sets of belt -driven centrifugal fan, power:37KW; Airflow 50000m3/h/set; Total air flow 150000m³/h. motors are Innomotics Brand (Siemens name changed); Bearing of fan use NHK – Japanese made bearing Intake and Exhuast motor will put inverter.
Exhaust Duct	Material: galvanized sheet and flange. 27m straight duct+ 6 elbows+3 manual damper
Filter System	G3 grade Primary filter, Ceiling high efficiency filter. Floor fiber glass filter, Exhaust filter: Activated carbon particle filtration and Activated carbon particle filtration. When start to using please take out the exhaust filter: Activated carbon particle filtration and Activated carbon particle filtration.
Lighting System	Ceiling: 20 groups×4 pcs=80 pcs,18/W, Side: 37 groups×4pcs=148 pcs,18W, All light tube is LED;Explosion-proof light box. ≥1200LUX, power of lights: 4104W.
Control System	Knob control panel, and the main components are the Schneider brand painting, lighting, emergency stop switch, fault alarm, pressure gauge, power isolation switch, cumulative time, motor overload and overcurrent protection, etc. Star-triangle voltage reduction startup, and the exhaust fan adopts the variable frequency startup control system.
