KD Production Line
We offer manual welding workstations, (semi-) automated welding production lines, and welding fixtures, covering the entire body manufacturing process.
1. Lower body (floor assembly) welding line
Complete the segmented welding of the front floor, rear floor, engine compartment longitudinal beams, wheel arches, etc.
2. Side panel assembly welding line (dual lines for left and right side panels)
Side panel inner/outer panel splicing, reinforcing plate welding
3. Main welding and assembly line (core of the workshop)
The lower body, left and right side panels, roof, and rear panel are assembled to form a complete body-in-white.
4. Door and Hood Assembly Welding Line (Four Doors and Two Hoods: Doors, Hood, and Tailgate)
Door inner panel assembly station, robotic edge rolling and pressing system (edge wrapping machine), glue application system, door cover welding workstation, hinge welding machine
5. Adjustment line (fine-tuning/rework line for body-in-white)
Body-in-white dimension re-inspection, defect welding repair, rework station, grinding station, body-in-white transfer and outbound system
1. Resistance spot welding complete system (largest usage in complete vehicles)
2. MAG/CO₂ arc welding complete workstation (structural components, long welds)
Robot body + pulse arc welding power supply + wire feeder + arc welding torch + weld seam tracking vision system + fume purification device
3. Laser welding complete system (roof, side panels, door frames of high-end models)
4. Special connection complete sets of equipment
Robotic stud welding system (for welding body bolts and nuts).
SPR self-piercing riveting machine / FDS rotary riveting system (essential for aluminum car bodies and steel-aluminum hybrid car bodies)
Medium frequency projection welding machine, brazing special machine
Sub-assembly fixture, final assembly fixture, zero-point positioning quick-change mechanism, pneumatic/hydraulic clamping unit, vehicle model switching servo drive mechanism
Workpiece positioner (small part welding tilting table)
Gripper systems: robotic pneumatic grippers, vacuum suction cup grippers (for handling stamped parts and sub-assemblies)
Skid + Roller Conveyor System (Mainstream Continuous Production Line)
