Jingzhongjing's sheet metal spraying production line adopts a lean production method, dividing the workshop into multiple functional areas, with specific operators completing specific processes, forming an assembly line operation mode.
1. Assembly line operation significantly improves efficiency.
The traditional bodywork and paint shop was transformed into a streamlined production line divided into work processes. Vehicles sequentially pass through each station: bodywork → putty → sanding → primer → masking → paint spraying and baking.
Each workstation has a dedicated person in charge, with specialized division of labor, which significantly shortens the repair cycle for a single vehicle.
With the car-mounted sliding trolley system, the vehicle can be manually pushed to change workstations without starting, maximizing space utilization.
2. Modular room design for flexible layout
Each workstation adopts a modular structure, combining EPS insulated wall panels and anti-static PVC soft curtains.
The number and layout of workstations can be flexibly adjusted according to the workshop area.
The electric roller shutter door (aluminum alloy sandwich/PU insulation) serves as a passageway between workstations, with a lifting speed of 0.2m/s, facilitating vehicle movement.
3. Intelligent ventilation system ensures a clean environment.
Each workstation is equipped with an independent air supply and exhaust system, using YDW series centrifugal fans (Siemens technology).
5.5KW centrifugal fan for grinding station, 4KW x 2 units for intermediate coating/spray painting station
Equipped with a micro-adjustable electric damper for precise control of air intake and exhaust volume.
The side exhaust design of the grinding station effectively collects dust.
4. The spray painting and baking station meets the standards of an independent paint booth.
Replacing EPS with 50mm rock wool wall panels provides a higher fire resistance rating.
32 36W fluorescent tubes provide ample illumination.
Electric roller shutters on both sides facilitate vehicle access, while the rear side features a sheet metal door.
It can perform spray painting and baking paint operations independently.
5. Well-developed environmental protection system
It can be linked with VOCs waste gas treatment equipment (activated carbon adsorption, catalytic combustion of CO, zeolite rotor + RTO/RCO, etc.)
Each workstation has independent exhaust ventilation, and waste gas is collected and treated separately.

6. Compatible with water-based paints
The spray painting station can be equipped with a water-based paint drying system.
Infrared/3D heating lamps provide uniform heating, suitable for the low-temperature drying requirements of water-based paints.
